No, it isn’t. While it can certainly be used to view Gerber, ODB++, and IPC-2581 data, the actual work involves editing, verifying, and optimizing manufacturing data. This includes DFM analysis, panelization, NC data, and stencil design.

It works. The CAM350 reads manufacturing data from standard formats, so it doesn’t matter what software was used to design the board.
