When you fill out a contact, trial, quote, training, or support form, we store the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. For orders, we also process billing and shipping information. We use cookies to collect statistical data about website usage, such as page views and device type.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes and trial licenses, manage customer relationships, process orders, and develop our website. This processing is based on your contact request, a contract or preparations for a contract, and our legitimate interest in managing B2B customer relationships. We retain accounting-related data for the period required by law.
Service providers process data on our behalf, such as for customer relationship management (HubSpot), website maintenance and analytics (Google Analytics), and payment processing (Stripe). Some service providers may process data outside the EU, in which case the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another lawful basis for transfer. We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes. To provide trial licenses, data may be transferred to the software manufacturer, the Siemens Industry Software Group.
Contact information is retained for up to three years from the last contact, unless the customer relationship continues. Customer and contract information is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for the period required by law thereafter.
You have the right to access your personal data, request that it be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and request that its processing be restricted.
